Makrana has been worked for close to five hundred years, and it ages without yellowing. Lakshmi, goddess of wealth and wellbeing, and Ganesh, the remover of obstacles, are shown side by side, each four-armed with their canonical attributes: the lotus and the kalasha for Lakshmi, the modak and the goad for Ganesh.
