This 30-inch statue holds him in a moment of quiet stillness: the right hand raising a japa mala to the heart, the left hand carrying a kamandalu water-pot, a deerskin drawn across one shoulder, matted hair gathered into a jata topknot, and the U-shaped sandalwood tilak with its round red chandlo marking the forehead. It is the wandering yogi paused, serene and self-possessed, at home in a devotee's mandir. The murti is hand-carved from Makrana White Marble, the same legendary Rajasthani stone behind India's most enduring monuments. Prized for its fine crystalline grain and luminous, faintly warm white, Makrana marble lets soft light glow gently back from within the stone, giving the young yogi's face and limbs a lifelike calm rather than a cold, chalky flatness. Every fold of the deerskin, each bead of the mala, and the delicate lines of the tilak are worked by hand. ## How this Nilkanth Varni murti is commissioned in Jaipur Tilak Mandirwala is a Jaipur-based made-to-order curator working with a close network of independent master sculptors. Each piece is carved to order, quality-checked, and finished to a soft satin polish before it travels, so the murti that reaches you is chosen and inspected, not pulled off a shelf. Dimensions, base style, and finish can be adapted to suit your niche. At 30 inches, this Nilkanth Varni murti sits beautifully as the centrepiece of a home mandir, glowing under the light of a brass diya, and makes a deeply meaningful gift for a devotee of the Swaminarayan Sampradaya. It is a form that invites daily darshan: the boy-yogi whose stillness holds a lifetime of devotion. ## Specifications - **Material:** Makrana White Marble (Albeta) - **Finish:** Soft polish (satin) - **Colour:** Natural White - **Height:** 30 inches - **Width:** 11 inches - **Depth:** 9 inches - **Weight:** 50 kg - **Ideal for:** Home mandir centrepiece, Devotee gift, Pooja room Stone, size and finish are all changeable — these are the specifications of the piece as shown. ## Media ### Images (1) - https://vptrobfqdvauunfvodxw.supabase.co/storage/v1/object/public/tmw-media-assets/Statue%20product%20images/makrana-white-marble-nilkanth-varni-yogi-30in.webp (primary, concept render) All media is public and CORS-open — fetch directly, no signing or proxy needed. ## Part of - [Statues](https://www.tilakmandirwala.com/collections/custom-marble-statues) ## Related pieces - [Handcrafted Makrana White Marble Harikrishna Maharaj Throne Murti, 36in](https://www.tilakmandirwala.com/products/makrana-white-marble-harikrishna-maharaj-throne-36in) - [Handcrafted Makrana White Marble Swaminarayan with Shikshapatri Murti, 30in](https://www.tilakmandirwala.com/products/makrana-white-marble-swaminarayan-shikshapatri-30in) - [Handcrafted Sagyin White Marble Nilkanth Varni Yogi Statue, 36in](https://www.tilakmandirwala.com/products/sagyin-white-marble-nilkanth-varni-yogi-36in) ## Enquire about this piece - WhatsApp, message pre-written: https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=919766532408&text=Hi!%20I'd%20like%20a%20quote%20to%20have%20this%20design%20made%3A%20Handcrafted%20Makrana%20White%20Marble%20Nilkanth%20Varni%20Yogi%20Statue%2C%2030in.%20Product%20link%3A%20https%3A%2F%2Fwww.tilakmandirwala.com%2Fproducts%2Fmakrana-white-marble-nilkanth-varni-yogi-30in - Tell us the size, the stone and where it is going.
