# Handcrafted Marble Dust Radha Krishna Jugal Jodi for Home Mandir, 12-inch > A 12-inch Radha Krishna jugal jodi cast in white marble dust, scaled to sit comfortably on a home mandir shelf. **Source:** https://www.tilakmandirwala.com/products/marble-dust-radha-krishna-jugal-jodi-home-mandir-12in **Business:** Tilak Mandirwala — made-to-order marble temples (mandirs), statues and decorative handicrafts. Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Founded 2006. **How it works:** Each piece is carved to order by the independent master sculptors TMW works with in Jaipur's Khajane Walon Ka Rasta sculptors' market. TMW designs the piece with the customer, briefs the sculptor, and follows it through to delivery and installation. **Pricing:** request-for-quote — pieces are custom, so the site carries no list prices. **Ships:** across India; export enquiries welcome. **About the image:** a design visualisation, not a photograph of stock on hand. The piece is carved to order after the design is agreed. **Availability:** made to order. ## The jugal jodi form, and why marble dust Krishna stands in tribhanga, the flute already at his lips, and Radha stands at his left with one hand resting near his shoulder. This is the jugal jodi as Braj imagines it, caught in the moment just before the note. Both wear small mukut crowns and finely worked jewellery, and both share a single lotus base, so the pair reads as one composition rather than two figures set side by side. At 12 inches this is a shelf piece, not a plinth piece, and that size is exactly why it is cast in marble dust composite. Crushed marble bound in resin gives a very fine, uniform white body that holds crisp detail (the pleats of Radha's saree, the beads of Krishna's vaijayanti mala, the petal edges of the lotus) at a scale where quarried stone starts to fight the chisel. The soft satin polish keeps the surface calm under a diya flame instead of throwing hard highlights back at you. ## How each piece is cast and hand-finished in Jaipur Every piece is cast and hand-finished for you by the artisan families we work with in Jaipur, on the same benches that finish our quarried-marble work. We design it with you, brief the sculptor, watch the finishing, and follow it through to your door. Nothing is pulled off a shelf; each jugal jodi is made against the order it was placed for. ## Sizing it for your home mandir, and other options Sizing for a home mandir: roughly 12 inches tall, 8 inches across the pair and 5 inches deep, at about 7 kg. Light enough for a wooden mandir shelf, heavy enough to stay put during aarti. It suits a daily home mandir, a griha pravesh housewarming, and the wedding or anniversary gift where a Radha Krishna murti is the expected, and the right, choice. Prefer it larger, or in quarried Makrana or Vietnam white marble, or standing on a separate carved chowki base? Send us the shelf measurement and the look you have in mind, and we will quote that version instead. ## Specifications - **Material:** Marble Dust Composite - **Finish:** Soft polish (satin) - **Colour:** White - **Height:** 12 inches - **Width:** 8 inches - **Depth:** 5 inches - **Weight:** 7 kg - **Ideal for:** home mandir, gifting, griha pravesh Stone, size and finish are all changeable — these are the specifications of the piece as shown. ## Media ### Images (1) - https://vptrobfqdvauunfvodxw.supabase.co/storage/v1/object/public/tmw-media-assets/Statue%20product%20images/marble-dust-radha-krishna-jugal-jodi-home-mandir-12in.webp (primary, concept render) All media is public and CORS-open — fetch directly, no signing or proxy needed. ## Part of - [Statues](https://www.tilakmandirwala.com/collections/custom-marble-statues) - [Radha Krishna](https://www.tilakmandirwala.com/collections/radha-krishna-statues) ## Related pieces - [Handcrafted Marble Dust Radha Krishna Raas Leela Dancing Pair, 18-inch](https://www.tilakmandirwala.com/products/marble-dust-radha-krishna-raas-leela-dancing-pair-18in) - [Marble Dust Compact Bal Gopal Jhula for Home Mandir, 12 in](https://www.tilakmandirwala.com/products/marble-dust-compact-bal-gopal-jhula-12in) - [Hand-Painted Marble Dust Navaneeta Krishna, 9 in](https://www.tilakmandirwala.com/products/hand-painted-marble-dust-navaneeta-krishna-9in) ## Enquire about this piece - WhatsApp, message pre-written: https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=919766532408&text=Hi!%20I'd%20like%20a%20quote%20to%20have%20this%20design%20made%3A%20Handcrafted%20Marble%20Dust%20Radha%20Krishna%20Jugal%20Jodi%20for%20Home%20Mandir%2C%2012-inch.%20Product%20link%3A%20https%3A%2F%2Fwww.tilakmandirwala.com%2Fproducts%2Fmarble-dust-radha-krishna-jugal-jodi-home-mandir-12in - Tell us the size, the stone and where it is going.
