Where most Hanuman murtis celebrate his might, this piece honours the other half of his character: the tireless devotee and scholar who never tired of hearing Rama's story. His gada rests beside him, set aside for a moment of study, while his tail curls gently around the lotus pedestal. The statue is hand-carved from Vietnam white marble, a bright, cool, clean-white stone prized for its fine crystalline grain and even tone. Under natural light it reads as a serene, luminous white with soft grey-blue shadows rather than the warm cream of Makrana, lending the whole form a calm, contemplative presence that suits its reading pose. A soft satin polish keeps the surface smooth to the touch while preserving the crisp detail of the crown, the beaded malas, the armlets, and the fine folds of the dhoti. ## Made to order through TMW's sculptor network Every piece TMW offers is made to order through our network of independent master sculptors in Jaipur, carved by hand and finished with the care that heritage stonework demands. The face, the manuscript, the ornaments, and the lotus base are each worked individually, so no two statues are ever quite identical. That is a mark of genuine hand craftsmanship, not a mould. At 24 inches, the statue sits comfortably on a study desk, a bookshelf, or a home-temple platform, where its meditative posture makes it a natural focus for daily prayer and reflection. It is an especially fitting choice for a reading room, a pooja corner, or as a devotional gift for someone who draws strength from the Ramayana. ## Specifications - **Material:** Vietnam White Marble - **Finish:** Soft polish (satin) - **Colour:** Natural White - **Height:** 24 inches - **Width:** 18 inches - **Depth:** 14 inches - **Weight:** 65 kg - **Ideal for:** study, home temple, pooja room Stone, size and finish are all changeable — these are the specifications of the piece as shown. ## Media ### Images (1) - https://vptrobfqdvauunfvodxw.supabase.co/storage/v1/object/public/tmw-media-assets/Statue%20product%20images/vietnam-white-marble-ram-bhakt-hanuman-reading-ramayana-24in.webp (primary, concept render) All media is public and CORS-open — fetch directly, no signing or proxy needed. ## Part of - [Statues](https://www.tilakmandirwala.com/collections/custom-marble-statues) - [Hanuman](https://www.tilakmandirwala.com/collections/hanuman-statues) ## Related pieces - [Vietnam White Marble Hanuman Hridaya Darshan Statue (Ram-Sita in Heart), 30 in](https://www.tilakmandirwala.com/products/vietnam-white-marble-hanuman-chest-tearing-ram-sita-30in) - [Vietnam White Marble Panchmukhi Hanuman Statue, 30 Inches](https://www.tilakmandirwala.com/products/vietnam-white-marble-panchmukhi-hanuman-30in) - [Handcrafted Vietnam White Marble Ram-Sita Standing Pair, 30 Inches](https://www.tilakmandirwala.com/products/vietnam-white-marble-ram-sita-standing-pair-30-inches) ## Enquire about this piece - WhatsApp, message pre-written: https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=919766532408&text=Hi!%20I'd%20like%20a%20quote%20to%20have%20this%20design%20made%3A%20Vietnam%20White%20Marble%20Ram%20Bhakt%20Hanuman%20Reading%20Ramayana%20Statue%2C%2024%20inch.%20Product%20link%3A%20https%3A%2F%2Fwww.tilakmandirwala.com%2Fproducts%2Fvietnam-white-marble-ram-bhakt-hanuman-reading-ramayana-24in - Tell us the size, the stone and where it is going.
