Handcrafted Bhainslana Black Marble Buddha Statue, Reclining, 3ft

This handcrafted Reclining (Parinirvana) Buddha is carved in Bhainslana black marble from Rajasthan, a dense, near-black stone with no visible veining. It carries a deep mirror polish: light runs in broad, clean highlights along the shoulder, the robe folds and the curve of the hip, while the recesses fall to black, so the calm face and the rhythm of the drapery read clearly from across a room. At 36 inches, it suits a low plinth in a living room, a meditation room, a hotel lobby or a covered courtyard, offering a serene focal point without visual clutter. Marble keeps a mirror polish best out of the rain, so for a garden choose a covered spot such as a verandah, a pergola or a courtyard under a roof. Every piece is made to order and carved for you by our sculpting team. Send us your space and the size you have in mind, and we will quote it.
