Lord Ganesha sits four-armed and serene on a decorated mandap base, his trunk curving gently to his left toward a modak, the front-right hand raised in the abhaya (fear-not) blessing while the upper hands hold the ankush and pasha — every gesture drawn from the classic Maharashtrian iconography devotees know by heart. The piece is hand-carved from Makrana white marble, the same dense, fine-grained stone prized for temple work across India, then finished in full traditional polychrome.
